Event: Archazia's Island Championship

Time: noon - 5 pm

Price: $20 (plus tax) due at reservation per participant

Description: The Sanctum continues the series of Disney Lorcana tournaments with the Archazia's Island Championship! This is a competitive tournament, and the top 8 players will receive exclusive promotional prizes.

Format: Core Constructed

Constructed decks must contain at least 60 cards with no maximum, must not contain cards from more than two ink colors, and must not contain more than four of a single card as identified by its full English card name. Character cards with different subtitles are considered different cards for purposes of this rule.

Rounds: 3-4 Swiss rounds, 45 minutes per round consisting of two games in which each player will go first once.  The top 4 players will play a final Top Cut Round.

Special rule regarding card sleeves: Sleeves must have fully opaque backs and enclose the card entirely. Must be free of wear and all sleeves in the deck must match.

Please note, two cards have been banned from competitive play:

The cards "Hiram Flavorsham - Toymaker" and "Fortisphere" have been banned from competitive play as of April 8, 2025, by the Ravensburger Disney Lorcana TCG team.  Please see the press release for more information.  Decks will be checked for these cards prior to the Archazia's Island Championship.

Prizes, to be awarded at the end of the tournament:

1st place: "Champion" Hiro Hamada – Armor Designer Playmat, one Hiro Hamada – Armor Designer alternate art Enchanted foil promo card, and one Hiro Hamada - Armor Designer alternate art promo card

2nd through 8th place: One Hiro Hamada – Armor Designer alternate art Enchanted foil promo card, and one Hiro Hamada - Armor Designer alternate art promo card

The victor of each regular round will be awarded one Archazia's Island booster pack (a pack will not be awarded to a round resulting in a draw)

All players will receive one Archazia's Island booster pack and one Hiro Hamada - Armor Designer alternate art promo card for participation

This is not a teaching event.  Familiarity with basic rules of Disney Lorcana TCG is required.  Players are encouraged to bring their own accessories, including playmats and lore trackers.  Please note, electronic devices capable of long-term data storage and/or internet access are not permitted at competitive tournaments, and the use of the companion app to track lore will not be allowed. 

By registering for and participating in this event, you agree to abide by the Disney Lorcana TCG Tournament Rules, updated May, 2024.

Note: Spectator(s) will be allowed if space is available in The Sanctum's play area within view of the tournament, however, The Sanctum reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any spectator or participant from the premises who is not abiding by the Disney Lorcana TCG Tournament Rules or The Sanctum's Code of Conduct.  The cost for spectator entry is $5.00 per person, applied to a Sanctum gift card per store policy.  Spectator(s) under 14 years old without a partnering spectator parent or guardian is considered unsupervised and will not be allowed entry.

Players must register for the event in melee.gg for tournament pairings and tracking.  Details will be provided with reservation confirmation.

Note: Any participant younger than 14 must be registered in person at The Sanctum prior to the tournament date, with permission of either the Tournament Organizer or the Head Judge, by a parent or guardian who is also participating in the tournament.
