Price: No charge to reserve a seat in advance; $5 per person Play Area Fee due at check in, applied to a Sanctum gift card according to our policy. If you attend with an advance reservation you will also receive 50 XP to your Loyalty Account!  For a no-charge online purchase, select "Pay at Pickup" at checkout to complete your reservation.  Do not select "Credit Card" at checkout.

Descriptions of Upcoming Highlighted Games:

Detective Club (August 11th): Intrigue, sudden revelations, limitless creativity, and tons of fun await you in this game! Lead the investigation as a detective, or cover your tracks as the infiltrated conspirator. Discuss, accuse, object and try to convince everyone. In Detective Club, on each round, one of the players secretly teams up with another — the Conspirator — and tries to make them guess a secret word using just two illustrated cards! Other players are detectives, who also know the word, but don't know the identities of each other. Detectives have to find out who the conspirator is, making sure they don't get accused by their fellow players!

Australis (August 18th): Off the east coast of Australia is an underwater superhighway, a warm stretch of ocean called the East Australian Current. Here, your sea turtles swim amidst beautiful flora and fauna. Each round you choose dice which offer various advantages in this diverse ecosystem: select food cubes to feed ever-growing schools of fish, settle corals onto reefs, swim further down the current with your sea turtles or choose to be the first player to pick dice in the next round. Your various actions earn you points and whoever has the most points at the end of the game wins. At the end of each round, an exciting dice showdown awaits. Higher quality dice have a better chance of winning, but sometimes even they won’t save you! Who will best hold their own in the turbulent waters of the EAC?

Poseidon's Kingdom (August 18th): Poseidon has lost his treasured trident, and your friends have disappeared while trying to find it. It turns out they have been captured by evil Hans the Kraken. Suckers! The Kraken plans to make a nice stew out of them. Can you prise open his tentacles, release your friends, and defeat him? Hope so. Oh, it's probably not a good time to mention the shark...

Quacks (August 25th): In Quacks, which was first released as The Quacks of Quedlinburg, players are charlatans — or quack doctors — each making their own secret brew by adding ingredients one at a time. Take care with what you add, though, for a pinch too much of this or that will spoil the whole mixture! Each player has their own bag of ingredient chips. During each round, they simultaneously draw chips from their bags and add them to their pots. The higher the face value of the drawn chip, the further it is placed in the pot's swirling pattern, increasing how much the potion will be worth. Push your luck as far as you can, but if you add too many cherry bombs, your pot will explode! At the end of each round, players gain victory points and coins to spend on new ingredients, depending on how well they managed to fill up their pots. But players whose pots have exploded must choose points or coins — not both! The player with the most victory points at the end of nine rounds wins the game.

Cosmoctopus (September 1st): Welcome, devotees! The celestial gaze of the Great Inky One falls upon you; do you have what it takes to be the most dedicated follower? Cosmoctopus is an engine-building, tentacle-gathering board game for 1 to 4 devotees. Guide Cosmoctopus through the Inky Realm, a flexible configuration of tiles, to gather resources and obtain powerful cards that represent relics, scripture, hallucinations and constellations. Harness the power of these bizarre objects and experiences, craft potent card combinations and be the first to gain 8 tentacles to win!

Dexterity Games (September 8th): Do you have a keen eye and a steady hand? Join in on September 8th for a variety of dexterity games! Challenge yourself to a game of Hamster Roll, Nekojima, or Click Clack Lumberjack. A variety of quick, simple to learn (but difficult to master) games will be offered. Maybe you'll have a new favorite by the end of the evening!

Villainous (September 8th): In this epic contest of sinister power, take on the role of a Disney Villain and strive to achieve your own devious objective. Discover your character's unique abilities and winning strategy while dealing twists of fate to thwart your opponents' schemes. Find out who will triumph over the forces of good and win it all!
