This is the newest and 15th expansion to Dominion. It has 50 cards, with 40 new Kingdom cards. It has lots of Treasures and Durations, with cards that give you Loot, and Traits that modify piles. Events return. Dominion: Plunder is an expansion only, and cannot be played by itself. You need the Basic cards and rulebook (Dominion and Dominion 2nd Edition provide both).
