Pickup & Returns

All online purchases are pickup at The Sanctum Tabletop Gaming Emporium ("The Sanctum") only.  Customers will be notified by email when an online purchase is ready for pickup.

Orders that are not picked up within their set time window will be automatically cancelled and refunded to the customer's original method of payment.

The time window for pickup is determined by the customer's location from The Sanctum, 14 business days for a customer within a radius of 50 miles, 5 business days for a customer within a radius of 75 miles, and 2 business days for outside 75 miles.  The time window starts with Day 1 as the day of the email notification.

The Sanctum Tabletop Gaming Emporium is located at 4615 Washington Ave., Racine, WI  53405.

Our hours of operation are Monday 3 pm to 10 pm, Tuesday through Friday noon to 10 pm, Saturday 11 am to 10 pm, and Sunday 11 am to 6 pm.

The Sanctum offers a variety of events, offered weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or on a one-time basis, with reservations for most events available online.  If you make a reservation for an event, you have taken a seat that otherwise might go to someone else if you can't attend.  Because of this, please contact The Sanctum as soon as you know you will not attend.  Reservations cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the event will be fully refunded to the original form of payment.  After 48 hours prior to the event, refunds are at the discretion of management only.  Refunds of any kind will not be given for non-attendance to any event.

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.  Order Cancellation applies to Goods purchased through our eCommerce online site that have not been picked up by You.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You purchased the Goods.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:
